Our agency started as a way to help the Little Common community by giving back to local businesses during the cost of living crisis. We soon realised there were businesses across East Sussex unable to find proper marketing, sales and PR support due to a lack of knowledge, time and budget.
How are we able to offer the level of support we do for such competitive rates?
Dual Wave was built around a simple idea: stop small businesses having to choose between affordable marketing and experienced marketers.
Our team is made up of professionals who already work in senior marketing roles and dedicate a limited number of hours each week to supporting Dual Wave clients. This means we’re not dependent on large retainers to pay our salaries, and can offer high-level expertise at a fraction of traditional agency costs.
Our availability is carefully managed around existing commitments. For many small businesses, that’s a small price to pay for experienced support at an affordable monthly rate.
Who are the people that make up the team?
Dual Wave is led by two senior marketing professionals with more than 25 years of combined experience across digital marketing, SEO, PR, content, lead generation and brand growth. One of these senior professionals will always be your point of contact.
Alongside our leadership team, we have access to a trusted network of local specialists and freelancers who can provide additional support when required. In most cases, this expertise is available behind the scenes at no extra cost, giving our clients access to a wider range of skills than a business of our size would typically be able to offer; with any additional scope or costs agreed before work starts.

We believe the best marketing advice shouldn’t be reserved for businesses with the biggest budgets. Having worked with organisations of all sizes, we’ve seen first-hand how effective marketing can transform a business.
